Mark Stopa Criminal Dossier 1.0: Who Really Wrote It? Stopa Says Wall Street Banks Hired Private Eyes To Write It. But Did They?
Who wrote the Stopa Criminal Dossier 1.0 that got Mark Stopa disbarred? That is the million dollar question. It is also one big domino that completely proves Mark Stopa is a lying fraud.
Mark Stopa admits Dossier 1.0 got him disbarred. But in order to sell books, Stopa promotes the fantastical conspiracy theory that Wall Street banks were behind creating Dossier 1.0. He concocted this tall tale that bankers banded together and hired an army of private investigators to dig up dirt on him because he was “winning too much”.
Mark Stopa doesn’t deny that “someone” dug through thousands of land records to discover all his equity skimming fraud schemes where he ripped off his own clients – he just denies the real source.
Stopa continually pushes this absurd narrative in the media and his book, “People V. Money.”
Stopa would have everyone (falsely) believe that he was so good at foreclosure lawyering, that the big bad banks had to take him out.
Holy Delusions of Grandeur, Batman!
New evidence suggests that the creation of the dossier was not due to some grandiose mass conspiracy. You can read Dossier 1.0 here. Or download it here.
Well, maybe it was in the megalomaniac mind of Mark Stopa.
Stopa appeared on national TV a few times in the aftermath of the financial crisis. Unfortunately, Stopa let himself believe he was a high roller in the banking world. Ironic since he had no idea of what Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac did in 2013.
It appears from newly unearthed evidence that the dossier was the work of just one person. But who would have access to all of the information and be able to piece everything together? Or for that matter, how would they know where to even look? It would have to be someone with access to land record databases and court records. This person also needed to know where to look.
There are only a few people in Florida that have easy access to this information and where to look. It is obviously someone who works in the world of foreclosure defense and knew who Stopa was.
There is only one finance website in South Florida that would know how to connect the dots. They are also the ones that can help FDLE or the FBI put together a solid case against Stopa. The Miami area blogger refused to confirm or deny if he or she wrote the first dossier. So we are not posting their name.
