Oh, and let’s also not forget how he helped deep pocketed scumbag HOA lawyer Bob Tankel. Clearwater Police accused Tankel of molesting a 9-year-old he met through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Pinellas County.
Clearwater Police accused Tankel of “rubbing the little boy’s genital area.”
Tankel had taken the boy to a Tampa Bay Rays baseball game.
The Clearwater Police allege Tankel met the boy through the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Pinellas County. Police also released a phone conversation between Tankel and an official from Big Brothers Big Sisters of Pinellas County.
In the call, Tankel said, “I understand that what I did could possibly be interpreted as inappropriate.”
Tankel also admitted giving another boy from Big Brothers Big Sisters a “Purple Nurple”. It refers to when somebody squeezes someone’s nipple so hard, it bruises.
Police arrested Tankel and held him without bond. At Tankel’s hearing, Officer Justin Murray testified that he interviewed the victim who told him that the lawyer inappropriately touched the boy twice at that baseball game. The first incident allegedly happened while they were sitting in the stands.
“Bob was sitting next to him,” Murray said. “Bob reached over and rubbed his upper thigh underneath his shorts.” Murray said the boy told him the second incident happened while they were leaving the stadium. “He stood next to Bob,” he said. “Bob rubbed his penis… with his hand over his clothes.” and then “he pinched his butt and it felt like electricity.” The court dropped the charges against Tankel after Foster argued it was cold that day and Tankel just wanted to keep the little boy warm.Attorney Todd Foster Can Afford Weekly Botox Injections Thanks To Sugar Daddy Mark Stopa
He has also been defending disbarred fraudster Mark Stopa for over over 5 1/2 years. He has been representing Stopa since the FDLE raided Stopa’s former law firm in August 2018. FDLE hauled off vans filled with incriminating evidence against Stopa.
Word on the street is that Stopa has become Foster’s sugar daddy. Stopa has paid him over $500,000 to keep him and his wife, Adrienne Federico out of prison over the past six years.
Stopa also refers all his capo lawyers to Foster when the Florida Bar or FDLE come knocking on their door.
