Sources say this is the year. Yes, FDLE is finally going to take down Mark Stopa and Adrienne Federico for all their crimes. It appears it is now the beginning of the end for the Stopa-Federico Crime Family.

Mark Stopa needed corrupt lawyers with a law license to help him perpetrate his multiple statewide frauds on the court. Stopa couldn’t do it himself because he was disbarred in 2019 for fraud.
Word is spreading fast that law enforcement is now closing in. Even Florida’s most notorious blackhat attorneys won’t take Stopa’s calls or money.
Stopa’s allies are now turning on him. They have decided it’s easier to cooperate with law enforcement than it is to be cellmates with Stopa.

The word on the street is law enforcement investigators have been busy. They have begun individually questioning everyone involved in the Stopa-Federico organized crime family.
Former friends say Mark Stopa and his wife are having complete mental breakdowns. Stopa’s crime family income has stopped and his entire world is beginning to collapse.
Stopa falsely believed the FDLE criminal investigation of him that began in 2018 had ended and he was in the clear.
Stopa even proclaimed in his failed book People v Money, he did nothing wrong. He even asserted that the entire investigation was nothing more than a witch hunt orchestrated by the stormtroopers at FDLE who he claimed were acting on behalf of the big bad banks.
Over the years, Mark Stopa literally stole hundreds of homes from his own law clients as a foreclosure defense lawyer and rented them out to skim the rental equity. Florida law classifies equity skimming as a felony.
To this day, Mark Stopa continues to flaunt the law. He continues to collect ill-gotten rent payments on hundreds of foreclosure homes. Most of these homes have federally insured mortgages. Since he lost his own law license, Stopa hired law firms like Segal & Schuh to help him obstruct federally insured mortgage lenders from foreclosing so he could pocket years of illegal rent payments.
Stopa is also defrauding the federal government who insured the loans. This the reason the Feds are also investigating Stopa.
Are Dossier 1.0 and Dossier 2.0 The Torpedoes That Caused The SS Mark Stopa To Sink?
Stopa fancies himself as an expert on statute of limitations law. He recently claimed that even if he did do something wrong, the statute of limitations has now passed for the Florida AG to bring charges against him.
Stopa is basing that on the FDLE raid on his law firm and nothing could be further from the truth.
It appears Stopa was absent that day in law school. He would do well to review the recent Bartram ruling for clues. In the same way that missing a mortgage payment is now a “new default” under the Bartam ruling, under Florida Law – Stopa is committing a “new crime” each and every month he collects illegal rent on a foreclosure home.
So in other words, each ill-gotten rent payment pocketed by Stopa is a felony crime all by itself. Therein lies the clue as to why FDLE and federal prosecutors have not charged him yet.
Time is on their side.
They are just sitting back waiting and watching his paypal and all his bank accounts each month as more and more crimes rack up on the Mark Stopa rap sheet.

The 2018 criminal investigation is still very active. Now, the organized crime division of the FDLE also opened a second criminal RICO investigation. This second investigation is in response to the millions of dollars Stopa stole through his Dossier 2.0 statewide foreclosure surplus scam.
Stopa is truly the law enforcement gift that keeps on giving. You would think he would have hightailed it to Iceland or Latin America to live a quiet life after being disbarred for stealing millions of dollars from his own clients. But Mark Stopa is not that smart of a criminal.

Mark Stopa has lost control of his carefully crafted and methodically planned out fake narrative.
Stopa needed to divert attention from his crimes after he was disbarred. So, he created and built a false narrative. A narrative that portrays himself as the victim of big business and judicial corruption not the shyster lawyer he really was.
Like most mentally ill criminals, Stopa saw himself as a persecuted hero. So, in an attempt to salvage his reputation, he attempted to rewrite history. He wanted to create a new story that portrayed him as a victim of the corrupt Florida judicial system.
Stopa wanted the public to believe he was taken down simply because he was beating the banks. However, this was hardly the case.
The truth is Mark Stopa is a lying criminal. Mark Stopa was NEVER the greatest foreclosure defense attorney who ever lived like he claims.
Mark Stopa Was Never A Hero. He Was A Scam Artist And Crook!
Stopa is directly responsible for THOUSANDS of his own clients losing their homes to foreclosure. He purposely concealed from his clients that their bank had approved them for a loan modification.

Vexatious Litigant Mark Stopa Abuses The Court System
Mark Stopa used his law license to manipulate the courts and his own clients to unjustly enrich himself. He lied to his clients that he could win them a free house if they signed on with his law firm when his real intention all along was to get a “free house” for himself.
Stopa would wear his clients down financially with endless foreclosure billing until they got tired of paying and gave up. Then he would implement his “I have an investor who will buy the deed…” scam so he could steal the deed to their homes to rent them out and skim the rental equity in violation of State and Federal law.
When he got caught, Stopa took a page from Saul Alinsky, Rules for Radicals – and accused all his opponents of corruption to create confusion and divert attention away from his own crimes. Stopa wrote a failed book People v Money and tried to start a judicial corruption “movement.” He accused judges throughout Florida of being CORRUPT and TAKING KICKBACKS.
This is a familiar tactic with narcissistic sociopaths where they project their own crimes on others to divert attention. So, they can create a new narrative to cover up their own crimes.
Stopa’s book flopped on Amazon with just a few dozen sales. People saw through all the fake reviews and fake platitudes. Stopa’s movement imploded with just 55 followers. Yet, to this day Stopa continues to claim he is an “International Best Selling Author”.
Stopa told the Tampa Bay Times the Florida Bar wouldn’t let him retire. He also claimed never wanted to practice law again. Yet, in 2019, Stopa went on a rampage filing over 15 frivolous Pro Se lawsuits against his critics. How dare they criticize him!
Within the complaints, he cleverly inserted his fake narrative sound bites attempting to present his lies as facts in order to exonerate himself from all his wrongdoing.

- Judge Williams appears to be very afraid Mark Stopa may harm her after a police report revealed he tried to break into her chambers and may have been intent on assaulting her.
