And that’s what MarkStopaVictims.com has acquired and we’re not letting go of it. Recently, we received an audio clip from an anonymous source with Stopa’s voice allegedly admitting to stealing the homes of his clients.
The story goes that a former client hired a private investigator to befriend Stopa and gather intel. In a scene right out of a Project Veritas skit, the investigator crashed a Fantasy Football event in Orlando earlier this year.
He then befriended Mark Stopa.
He and Stopa started talking football over beers and soon became fast friends.
After a while, the investigator got Stopa rambling on about himself. As anyone who has ever had any contact with Stopa knows, it’s not that difficult. Stopa is a narcissistic sociopath. He also suffers from an overly inflated sense of self-worth so he loves to talk about himself.
The story goes that Stopa began talking about his aborted legal career and real estate. As part of the conversation, the two also began talking about how Stopa steals distressed properties from owners.
After a few more beers and awkwardly flirting with a gay waiter, Stopa came clean and gave up the goods. He began shit talking his clients and how stupid the Florida 6th circuit judges are.
However, unknown to Stopa, the investigator was recording the entire conversation. The investigator has also turned other recordings over to FDLE agents investigating Stopa’s alleged racketeering.
Stopa Spends Hours Confessing A Laundry List of Sins

In the recordings, Stopa goes into his time at UF Law School where he first met his wife.
He brags how he went through an “experimentation” phase where he batted both ways for a while.
Stopa also details how he lost a moot court contest because of the way he spoke. He said the Judges were prejudiced against homosexuals and his distinctive lisp made him sound like a gay man.
With each new beer, Stopa went deeper and deeper down the rabbit hole of his crimes and sexual depravity.
Stopa Bragged about Running The Perfect Scam
He talked about how he created the perfect scam to acquire hundreds of homes for pennies on the dollar by stealing them from his own “stupid” foreclosure clients.
He talked about ripping off clients, associates and even his own family.
When Stopa got to talking about his disbarment – he actually started crying. He acknowledged that he made a big mistake by getting sloppy with his scams. That is why he got caught.
Stopa talked about his post disbarment work at Segal & Schuh and how they were a bunch of bumbling traffic ticket attorneys before he turned their practice around.
He also bragged about recruiting a cabal of corrupt attorneys and he taught them all how to abuse the county court system by filing frivolous foreclosure surplus scams. He even said the Florida judges were complete idiots.
Stopa bragged his net worth is well over $50 million dollars and most of his wealth is held in real estate and offshore accounts in the Cayman Islands.
He admitted the FDLE was still investigating him but he said everything is beyond the Statute of Limitations so they can’t touch him.
