Several attorneys at the Segal & Schuh law firm are reportedly also being investigated helping Federico and Stopa run their foreclosure surplus fraud scam. The scam is designed to trap inexperienced auction bidders like Christopher Dennison.

It appears Stopa and Federico are facing significant prison terms and will need to set aside a full day to confess their transgressions to Monsignor Robert Gibbons. Namely, violating the 8th and 9th commandments:
