A Whistleblower reports Governor DeSantis has quietly ordered Florida AG Ashley Moody to pause the criminal racketeering investigation against disbarred lawyer Mark Stopa until after the the November election.

Apparently, the investigation has snagged dozens of prominent attorneys involved in the Stopa scheme.

The FDLE investigation has also discovered the involvement of several judges appointed by DeSantis and his predecessor Rick Scott. Rick Scott is up for re-election for his US Senate seat in November.

FDLE had discovered prominent Judges in Pinellas and Duval counties directly colluding with disbarred lawyer Mark Stopa.

The FDLE whistleblower says the DeSantis and Scott appointed judges were taking kickbacks and bribes from Stopa to fix cases. This appears to be why Mark Stopa was “winning” so much. He was bribing and blackmailing Judges.

Scott is in a re-election slugfest for the US Senate and DeSantis doesn’t want anything to hurt Scott’s campaign.

The whistleblower stated that DeSantis ally and Florida Bar President Roland Sanchez-Medina Jr. was secretly lobbying the Governor’s office hard to sweep the entire case under the carpet.

Sanchez-Medina reportedly told the Governor the Stopa scandal would create permanent damage to the reputation of the Florida Bar and for that reason, he was doing everything he could to slow down the Bar’s investigation of Stopa.

By not arresting Mark Stopa, DeSantis is now effectively conspiring with Mark Stopa and allowing this financial terrorist to continue filing frauds on the court to steal from senior citizens.

Statewide investigators at the FDLE are said to be incredibly frustrated by all the politics. They have a notorious white collar criminal on the loose and their hands are being tied.

They have documented evidence that Stopa and his crime family have stolen over $60 million by filing frauds on the court and manipulating judges.

But, FDLE can’t do anything about it until the powers in Tallahassee give them a green light.

If it was anyone else, they would already be in jail.
