The Mark Stopa Final Countdown Has Begun! Florida Courts Are Finally About To Declare Stopa Vexatious And Abusive

Yes, it’s true! The Mark Stopa final countdown has begun. Stopa’s day of reckoning is finally on the horizon. 

All eyes are on the frivolous lawfare Stopa is prosecuting Pro Se in Pinellas County Civil Case 19-8558-CI.    Stopa sued a world-famous blogger for posting about his disbarment and stealing the homes of his own elderly law clients.

Since then, Stopa has been running roughshod over the court system, filing dozens of frivolous lawsuits against anyone who even mentions his ongoing criminality.

Stopa has a child-like violent temper tantrum when a judge rules against him. He then uses this as an excuse to have the judge recused or disqualified. Stopa claims the judge is now biased because his insane theatrics. 

It is getting so bad that even Elon Musk tweeted about Stopa.

It’s The Final Countdown!

Courts across Florida are tired of Stopa’s bullshit games. On March 17th, 6th Circuit Judge Patricia Muscarella will make a final determination if Mark Stopa is a vexatious and abusive litigant.

The Florida court system would then prohibit Stopa from prosecuting any further litigation as a Pro Se litigant. Courts would require him to put up a bond of $250,000+. In addition, Florida Courts would also force Stopa to hire a lawyer for any current or future litigation.

Of course, this means he would have to hire a lawyer to represent him in his upcoming criminal litigation as well.

Unnamed sources at FDLE say Stopa knows the grand jury is unsealing the indictment against him as soon as Judge Muscarella makes her ruling.

Word on the street is he is losing his mind right now 😂

DEVELOPING STORY UPDATE!

The motion before the court was to declare Mark Stopa an ABUSIVE and VEXATIOUS litigant.  This was the final hearing before Judge Muscarella makes her ruling. The Judge listened to Mark Stopa ramble on for hours about various unrelated conspiracy theories without him once ever defending himself on the subject matter at hand.

Judge Muscarella wasn’t buying Mark Stopa’s lies and conspiracy theory bullshit.  She ended the hearing calling for closing argument briefs from both sides and is expected to make a ruling within the next 30 days.
