It’s almost over for disbarred and fraudster attorney Mark Stopa. Yes, Mark Stopa is on the brink of failure!
Judge Muscarella is expected to deliver a coup de grâce to the self-proclaimed GOAT lawyer this week.
He is on the brink of losing his frivolous Stopa v. MFI Miami lawsuit. This is a battle Stopa thought would be over in a matter of weeks. However, he has been waging over the last six years against international blogger and man of mystery, Steve Dibert.
Dibert is a Pro-Se litigant and has been kicking Stopa’s ass for the last 6 years. Dibert has no formal legal training. Yet, he has been able to repel everything Stopa has thrown at him. At one point, Stopa even tried to have Dibert convicted on a bogus claim of cyberstalking. Unfortunately for Stopa that blew up in his face just like everything else he touches!
Sources at the Florida Bar say they are wrapping up their investigation of all his co-conspirator crime family attorneys. Word is that the Statewide Prosecutor and FDLE are close to pulling the trigger on his house of cards.
His sexual relationship with transman Attorney Christopher Hixson has ended. Rumor is it’s due to a bar complaint related to all his Stopa’s frauds on the court scams. Hixson is in the middle of about a dozen of them. So, he doesn’t want lose his law license like Lee Segal.
Stopa’s Wife Adrienne Federico is Threatening to Take all the Money
Neighbors in Bayou Club Estates say Stopa’s marriage counseling failed and his wife Adrienne is planning on divorcing him soon.
They say the two fight about him paying her alimony payments when she files for divorce. Adrienne Federico-Stopa has been living in their Bayou Club Estates house with her Haitian boy-toy Jean-Daniel since Easter. While Stopa is staying at their rental property at 3417 70th Glen East in Palmetto.
Stopa and his wife were caught on a hot mic last year arguing. What were they arguing about? It was all about how they were going to split up the “hidden money” from their multiple fraud-on-the-court scams.
Neighbors say Adrienne is planning on filing divorce from Stopa. She also plans on taking “ALL THE MONEY” including their free & clear $2 Million home at 7351 Sawgrass Point Dr.

Another neighbor stated she heard Adrienne actually say Stopa wouldn’t need the money in “prison.”
Neighbors also claim Adrienne yelled at Stopa that she was going to take her “Black Stallion” to Europe. Stopa was heard screaming profanities at his wife as he was leaving the house.

Stopa loves to claim he was the greatest of all time attorney. Yet, he can’t even win a simple lawsuit against a Pro-Se litigant.
A young attorney who used to do do bankruptcies for Stopa Law firm says Mark Stopa is a mental midget.
“He just hired the best paralegals to make him look smart.”
The former stopa associate also said Mark Stopa’s real talent was his diarrhea of the mouth. The guy just doesn’t know when to shut the fuck up! He will wear you down by talking nonsense and having tantrums in the courtroom. This is how he was able to make it as an attorney. Judges and opposing counsel just get tired of his nonsense and would literally give up.
He also is known to waft a horrid stench wherever he goes. Apparently, like Rasputin, Stopa doesn’t believe in deoderant. He doesn’t shower or empties out his colonoscopy baqg. Former associactes say rarely brushes and flosses his teeth. It is this deadly combination why most judges insist on zoom hearings with him.
