Mister Big Mouth Mark Stopa Brags In His Book About Stealing The Homes Of Downtrodden Clients. Seriously, How Stupid Is This Guy?

There is a reason most criminals get caught and convicted. It’s basically because they don’t know when to shut the fuck up. Take Mister Big Mouth Mark Stopa as an example.

The Florida Supreme court disbarred Stopa because of his “mental impairments.”

These mental impairments included narcissism, anger management and lack of impulse control.

They also busted him stealing the homes of his destitute clients.

Stopa self-published a self-aggrandizing book three weeks after being disbarred. Unfortunately, People v. Money wasn’t really a book but a jagged and incoherent Unabomber style manifesto. In all honesty, his book shows Stopa suffers from severe mental illness.

As one retired FDLE agent said, “Stopa fits the profile of a guy in a Montana hunting shack writing manifestos on the insides of ripped open Slim Jim boxes.” 

In People v. Money, Stopa also attempts to convince people his illegal and immoral actions were justified. In addition, he spends close to 600 pages crying about being a victim of a mass conspiracy by various corrupt political and judicial groups associated with the Rothschild family and the Illuminati. 

However, one thing really stand out in the book for a guy is currently under a criminal investigation. Stopa openly brags on page 1 of chapter 28 of his book, People v. Money about how he defrauded his clients living paycheck to paycheck. after admitting what he did, he then proselytizes that the contents of the dossier that got him disbarred were not true. 

However, the publicly recorded documents included in the dossier make Stopa look delusional and removed from reality.

It will be interesting to find out if the fine people at FDLE read his book. They obviously have an open and shut case.

The Florida Bar Bitch Slaps Mister Big Mouth For Criticizing A Judge 

Everyone knows that Mark Stopa never knows when to shut up. After all, that would take basic common sense and self control. Two things we all know Mark Stopa desperately lacks. 

A perfect example of this is from 2014. An angry Stopa wrote his true feelings about a judge in a motion.

This wasn’t about any judge. It was the judge presiding over one of his cases. Stopa was dumb enough to think the judge wasn’t going to read it. 

The Florida Bar claimed Stopa “impugned the integrity” of a Polk County Judge William Sestak in his blistering motion.

Stopa claimed in his defense that he dictated the motion to an assistant. However, he admitted he neglected to read and remove the “inappropriate language” before it was filed.

Stopa was angry that Judge William Sestak granted the bank’s request to reset a trial date. Yet, he denied Stopa’s request for more time to amend an answer. He claimed his clients had filed the motions as pro-se litigants.

Stopa’s dictated motion read that:

The double standard here, respectfully, reeks.

In another section, Stopa questioned Judge William Sestak’s integrity by stating:

This dynamic is terribly unfair to Defendants and, frankly, causes them to question the impartiality of this Court.

Stopa being Stopa and not knowing when to keep his mouth shut continues with his rant:

What exactly, does this Court perceive its role to be in this instance — a neutral and detached arbiter” or “someone who does whatever it can to ensure final (foreclosure judgments) are entered for plaintiffs as quickly as possible?

As a result, Stopa faced his first public reprimand.  

Stopa agreed to the reprimand because of the high cost of fighting it.
