Scammer Stopa crime confesses To stealing from more senior citizens!
In another audio recording, Mark Stopa confesses to a fraud on the court scheme where he ripped off elderly senior citizen and retired military veteran James Sanders for $160,000.

Stopa had stolen $160,000 from the retiree in an Okaloosa County fraud on the court fabricated foreclosure auction of 258 Diamond Cove, Destin, FL 32541 (see Okaloosa County Case 22CC-333).
Retired Military veteran James Sanders was excited to begin his retirement and intended to purchase the Diamond Cove home to spend his golden years. But he fell victim of the tangled web of lies, deceit and fraud created by Mark Stopa.

However, it’s just not Stopa scamming people. Stopa had his “mobster mom” wife Adrienne Federico involved as well. Additionally, Stopa and Federico have an army of morally bankrupt attorneys who helped Stopa pull off the scam. Many of whom worked with or out of the now defunct Segal & Schuh Law firm.
The head of the Segal & Schuh snake and now disbarred, Lee Segal, recruited his corrupt law partner Jill Schuh, to represent Stopa’s alter ego Jacaranda LLC.
Crime family attorney Jake Blanchard was pulled in to represent Stopa’s alter ego plaintiff company “Specialized Property Management Group LLC.”
It’s clear that Mark Stopa and his wife Adrienne Federico are the masterminds of the fraud. Their brazen CRIMINALITY is stunning.
In his great delusion, Stopa denies any wrongdoing and then quietly collects the illicit funds.
When James Sanders discovered the fraud, he tried to fight it in court to get his money back, but the corrupt Okaloosa County judge on the Segal & Schuh payroll, ruled against him.
Why Is Stopa Confessing To His Sins?
Why Stopa has picked this time to write confessions and record audio confessions is anyone’s guess.
It could be a proactive attempt by Stopa to cop a plea deal from prosecutors or protect Adrienne from serving a lengthy prison sentence with him. Those women’s prisons can be more brutal than men’s prisons.
Stopa is facing a life time in prison for his scams and fraud on the court schemes. Insiders tell us once the Florida Bar completes their investigation of his corrupt attorney co-conspirators – it is game on for the napoleon boy wonder.
