Clearwater attorney Christopher Hixson is under an investigation by the Florida Bar. Why? Well, as we all know disbarred lawyer Mark Stopa works in Hixson’s office. This is creating huge problem for Hixson. The Florida Bar could suspend Hixson’s law license or even revoke it like they did to his pal Mark Stopa.
What Stopa’s actual job title is or what his actual responsibilities are, are anyone’s guess. Hixson is rubberstamping briefs and complaints written by Stopa.
Disbarred Stopa has the same type of arrangement with Hixson that he had with Jill Schuh and Lee Segal. That was until Lee Segal had his law license suspended because of Stopa.
You would think these Florida Attorneys would learn to avoid Stopa at all costs. He is a cancer on the legal community and run. He contaminates everyone who works with him. However, they seem attracted to him like flies to bug zapper.
Hixson Is Violating At Least 3 Bar Rules Allowing Stopa To Work In His Office
3-6.1(b) prohibits lawyers from hiring suspended or disbarred lawyers they supervised when in practice. Hixson was employed as a lawyer at Stopa’s firm prior to Stopa’s disbarment. This is a big no-no and Hixson should also know this.
3-6.1(d)1 also states that a disbarred lawyer cannot have direct contact with clients. They are also barred from receiving or handle trust funds. In addition, they cannot act as fiduciaries.
3-6.1(3) bars disbarred lawyers from practicing law. Hixson is clearly letting Stopa practice law without a license. It was highly unethical for Christopher Hixson to utilizing Mark Stopa in drafting affidavits and motions.
What Is The Story With Transman Attorney Christopher Hixson?
Attorney Christopher Hixson has the physique of a Weeble. He also sounds like a woman taking male hormones. He is also 5′ 2″ so this gives him a size advantage when he has to dominate Stopa.
In other words, Hixson is the Tampa Bay area’s answer to Chazz Bono.
All the other Stopa lawyers have run from the hills as FDLE slowly closes in on Stopa. Yet, Hixson has refused to leave Stopa’s side. As reward for his loyalty, Stopa has made Hixson the de facto lead enforcer of the Stopa-Federico crime family.
