What kind of psychopath lies to his own followers?

The reason for the lengthy post is Stopa knows his time is very short. He is trying to reframe a false narrative that he is just a wrongly persecuted good guy.

In just a few weeks, Judge Muscarella is expected to issue a devastating ruling declaring the disbarrred fraudster Attorney an abusive vexatious litigant.

Stopa claims that he was “…never arrested, much less charged or convicted of anything.”

However, Mark Stopa knows he has been under a State and Federal racketeering investigation for the last seven years.

Mark Stopa even hired former FBI special agent and high powered CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY TODD FOSTER to fight the investigation.

Sources close to the investigation confirm Mark Stopa is WELL AWARE of the ongoing State and Federal racketeering investigation against him.

The Florida Bar is wrapping up their investigation of “dozens” of corrupt attorney co-conspirators. All of whom have all agreed to testify against Mark Stopa

Mark Stopa Stole Over $15 Million With Equity Skimming & Foreclosure Surplus Scams

Mark Stopa was disbarred in September 2019 for stealing the homes of his own legal clients.

The FDLE seized his bank accounts. They soon discovered he made $5 Million dollars by stealing the deeds and equity skimming the rents on the home of his elderly legal clients.

Stopa didn’t stop filing frauds on the court to ripoff Floridians even after being disbarred. He teamed up with corrupt Segal & Schuh law by working as a “paralegal.”

Investigators discovered Stopa and dozens of corrupt proxy attorneys at Segal & Schuh filed hundreds of frivolous fraud-on-the-court lawsuits. The purpose of these lawsuits was to steal money by manipulating the court system.

Over the last five years, investigators claim Stopa and his crime family of proxy attorneys have stolen over $10 Million from innocent auction buyers by filing fabricated foreclosure surplus scams.

Despite being under near constant surveillance, Stopa continues running his scams to this day. He just had his corrupt proxy Attorney Vestalia Aylsworth file a new foreclosure surplus scam in Hillsborough County.

Stopa Stole Over $50 Million From Federally Insured Mortgage Lenders

Investigators also discovered Stopa and his band of crime family attorneys filed hundreds of frivolous counterclaim lawsuits against federally insured mortgage lenders.

To GUARANTEE a win by default, Stopa bribed process servers to incorrectly serve the lenders. After the lenders were defaulted for not answering the lawsuit (because they had no knowledge of the lawsuit), Stopa recorded default money judgments against the homes the banks were attempting to foreclose.

He did this to cancel the bank’s mortgage with a setoff Judgment so he could win a FREE HOUSE. Stopa then sold the home to cash out all the equity.

What a horrific irony… Mark Stopa lured elderly retirees to hire him under the false pretense that he would WIN THEM A FREE HOUSE.

But after stealing the deed from them and filing a bogus counterclaim against the bank – he was the only one winning a free house.

He was winning (stealing) so many free houses that he even decided to give away a free house to make it falsely appear that he was the good guy.

Over a three year period of time, it is estimated Stopa and his crime family won over $30 million in default judgments against Deutsche Bank alone. They ran the same scam against Citibank and several other federally insured mortgage lenders with an estimated total take of over $50 Million dollars.

STOPA LIES About Winning Over 2,000 Cases

The post on X begins in Stopa’s usual narcissistic fashion. He pumps up his own ego of how he was the best foreclosure defense attorney in Florida. He also brags about how he won “over 2,000″ cases for his “less fortunate” clients.

This is a blatant LIE! Yes, Mark Stopa knows it. In his entire career, Mark Stopa had just 3,655 total clients. Stopa loves to spin grand tales of having several thousand foreclosure defense clients. However, it is all a lie. If you do the math, that would be a running case dismissal rate of over 55% and that is just simply a LIE.

Stopa Lies And We Have The Proof

Here is the PROOF from the Federal Bankruptcy Court. Read it for yourself. Mark Stopa knew he was going down for his crimes of stealing the homes of his own clients. So, the fraudster duped Attorney Richard Mockler into buying his law firm.

Unfortunately for Mockler, he had no idea Stopa was a criminal. Several weeks after closing the deal, the FDLE raided Stopa’s office, seizing files, bank accounts and causing all the employees to quit.

Mockler was left with no choice but to put the firm into Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. The entire client list of Stopa Law Firm was filed with the Court because each client was required to receive notice of the pending Bankruptcy. This list reveals just 3,655 total clients.

The TRUTH is Mark Stopa had fewer than 500 “case dismissals”. A case dismissal in foreclosure defense is really NOT A WIN. It was a case where Stopa was able to exploit a technicality and convince a judge to dismiss the case. Stopa never won on the merits. He won on tricks, cheating and technicalities.

Why doesn’t Mark Stopa brag about how many HOMES HE SAVED for his clients? Because he knows the answer is ZERO. 100% of his clients lost their homes to foreclosure. That is the inconvenient truth Mark Stopa is trying to hide.

STOPA Trashes Judges with Fantastical “Dossier” Conspiracy Theory
