AG Moody’s Office of Statewide Prosecution recently secured a 30-year prison sentence for a Mark Stopa Copycat operating an elaborate real estate investment scheme. Miquel Angel Perez defrauded more than 20 victims out of their life savings stealing approximately $2 million dollars.
As horrific as this is, the “Perv of Pinellas County” Mark Stopa and his organized crime family has done far worse. With the help of corrupt judges like Anthony Rondolino, they have maliciously manipulated the court system to defraud hundreds of victims out of tens of millions of dollars.
And they didn’t stop there. Stopa and his gang of law licensed thieves went after federally insured mortgage lenders running a “Default Judgment Scam” where Deutsche Bank attorneys admit the Stopa run Segal & Schuh gang stole over $30 million from the bank by filing frauds on the court in an “egregious organized crime scheme“.

Under the Perez sentencing standard, it appears Mark Stopa and his crime family attorneys could get decades in prison. As the ringleader, Mark Stopa is facing life in prison.

Even his corrupt “mobster mom” wife Adrienne Federico is reportedly secretly cooperating with authorities in return for a reduced sentence.
