It’s almost as if God himself prophesized the fate of disbarred scammer Mark Stopa.
Mark Stopa certainly is the POSTER BOY for fraudsters who cheat widows and steal their homes. Over the last several years alone, Stopa has ripped off and cheated thousands of his law clients. He also stole the homes of hundreds of his elderly clients by tricking them into deeding their homes over to one of his New Mexico shell companies.
“They cheat widows and steal their houses and then try to make themselves look good by saying long prayers. They will receive a greater punishment.” – Mark 12:40
Mark 12:40 Predicted Scammers Like Mark Stopa
On Easter Sunday, the disbarred fraudster quoted long prayers and bible scripture. He also texted, “He is Risen” out to all his twitter followers.
Stopa’s hypocrisy is absolutely disgusting considering Stopa has stolen tens of millions of dollars from victims all across Florida over the last several years.
Stopa is delusional and has an overly inflated sense of self worth. His income is derived from stealing and destroying lives . Yet, he actually fools himself into believing that he is a “best selling author” and “investor” who creates value.
Mark Stopa Steals $160,100 From Elderly Auction Buyer
Today on this Holy Easter Sunday, Stopa is tweeting “He is Risen” pretending to be all pious, yet just 10 short days ago – Mark Stopa and corrupt Attorney Vestalia Aylsworth stole $160,100 from an elderly auction buyer Andy Cruz in Stopa’s fraud on the court Duval case No. 23CC-14195.
This negative equity home located at 12755 Shinnecock Way in Jacksonville, is worth $550k with a $900k first mortgage weeks away from being lost to foreclosure auction in Duval Case No. 16CA-4608.
THIS IS WHY Stopa setup his fraud on the court. He is going to lose the home to foreclosure in a few weeks.
Stopa has owned this home for the past several years obstructing the first mortgage lender to skim the rents. Now that the first mortgage is close to foreclosing, he setup his final fraud on the court scam. The purpose was to STEAL hundreds of thousands of dollars from some novice auction bidder BEFORE he lost the home to the first mortgage foreclosure.
Isn’t this absolutely disgusting?
Stopa had his crime family attorney Chris Hixson obstruct the first mortgage lender to buy him time to complete his fraud on the court. The disbarred lawyer also fabricated a phony 2nd mortgage debt and had corrupt attorney Vestalia Aylsworth file a fraud on the court to set a trap for unsuspecting investors.
Stopa trapped a guy named Andy Cruz last week. The elderly investor also lost $160,100 bidding on Stopa’s negative equity home.

I wonder if diabolical thief Mark Stopa reflected on this while no doubt sitting in the first pew (so everyone could see him) at Easter Sunday Mass.
Did Stopa confess this mortal sin before receiving the bread of life?
