Billionaire Elon Musk called out notorious disbarred lawyer and serial grifter Mark Stopa in a tweet.
Sources say Musk was in Cape Canaveral for SpaceX meetings with NASA officials when he sent the Tweet.
It turns out, a high level official at NASA and a close confidant of Musk, had his luxury home stolen by Mark Stopa in one of his fraud-on-the-court schemes.
Musk was appalled when he heard the entire story. He was also shocked that the Florida courts were not doing enough to stop Stopa.
As a result, Musk tasked his inner circle to investigate on behalf of his friend to find out why no one was stopping Stopa.
Ongoing Organized Crime RICO Investigation
Sources say Musk’s attorneys approached the Office of Governor DeSantis to inquire about Stopa. The governor’s office referred them to Attorney General Ashley Moody’s office.
The Florida AG’s office informed Musk’s lawyers that there is an open and pending investigation regarding Stopa’s fraud-on-the-court schemes.
They also informed Musk’s lawyers that they have been investigating Stopa and his associates for several years. The Florida AG’s office told them the evidence compiled against Stopa is both sickening and overwhelming.
Off the Record Stopa Intel
Speaking off the record, Moody’s chief litigation assistant informed Musk’s attorneys that Stopa is a vexatious litigant. They added that Stopa has weaponized the Florida court system to unjustly enrich himself and his wife Adrienne Federico.
The assistant said the federal authorities are also investigating Stopa and his crime family for a number of federal crimes.
Stopa has stolen tens of millions of dollars through filing frauds on the court and defrauding federally insured mortgage lenders.
Stopa uses his knowledge of the court system to file never ending SLAPP lawsuits against anyone who speaks out about his crimes.
Moody’s assistant called it Mark Stopa “LAWFARE” which is what Musk later tweeted out on X.
Indictments Coming Very Soon Against Grifter Mark Stopa
Sources say investigators have “hundreds of victim witnesses” ready to testify. Investigators also have tens of thousands of pages of direct evidence. They can also prove intentional fraud on the part of Stopa, Federico and “dozens of unscrupulous attorneys.”
The investigation snagged corrupt attorneys, paralegals and an entire network of lower level bottom-feeder real estate operatives.
Authorities allegedly have offered leniency in return for their testimony against Stopa and Federico.
The investigation is in the “final phase.”
Authorities say indictments are expected “very soon!”.
Musk’s righthand man says it appears that Stopa will spend the rest of his life in prison.
