This whole saga began when Mark Stopa filed a frivolous Pro-Se lawsuit against a world-famous blogger back in 2019.

The core complaint of the frivolous lawsuit is that the blogger tried to profit from Mark Stopa’s embarrassing and humiliating disbarment.

Stopa then attempted to claim the blogger doxed him by posting his home address. However, we don’t see how after reviewing the blogger’s website. It appears the doxing seems to only exist in Stopa’s paranoid and delusional head.

Mark Stopa makes these claims despite the fact that he is a NOTORIOUS unindicted criminal and public figure.

Stopa’s name, phone, and home address appear on numerous voting and directory websites on the internet. Yet, Stopa is now seeking punitive damages against the blogger for “revealing” Stopa’s home address.

Stopa filed a letter to the Judge on public record seeking a hearing to prosecute the blogger for “doxing.” The letter contained Stopa’s home address, mobile phone, and email.

**Lee Segal Still Recovering from Mark Stopa Subpoena Shock**

Mark Stopa is no stranger to suing himself to manipulate the courts.

Over the last several months, he alone stole MILLIONS of dollars from innocent auction buyers. Stopa’s scheme also involved manipulating the county court foreclosure system to allow him to SUE HIMSELF on homes he already owned. In other words, commit a massive fraud on the court.

Stopa appears to be off his psychiatric meds that his Psychopharmacologist prescribed.

Why? Well, Stopa made a big mistake in a recent court filing.

He had been using the old address of Segal & Schuh Law Group for cover at 18167 US Highway 19N, Suite 100, Clearwater, FL 33764. This is until his Jill Schuh and Lee Segal were recently hit with an avalanche of criminal subpoenas from the Florida Bar and the FDLE regarding their involvement in the Stopa-Federico Crime family.

Sources say the SHOCK was so great, Lee Segal literally had a heart attack. As a result, Segal is reportedly still hovering over a drool cup in a nursing home.

Jill Schuh gave Stopa the boot by pulling a midnight move-out to a new office without telling Stopa where she was going.

This is why all of Mark Stopa’s mail sent to the 18167 US Hwy 19N address is being returned to sender. Now, Stopa is forced to use his own personal residence address at the infamous Jayne Carusso crime scene home at 7351 Sawgrass Point Dr., Pinellas Park.

Lunatic Mark Stopa Knows the End is Near

Former associates also say that the end is near for Mark Stopa and he knows it. The word on the street is is his uber expensive criminal defense attorney Todd Foster has lost confidence in Stopa’s case. He has also apparently told Stopa privately he is utterly and completely screwed.

A former paralegal inside Foster’s office says the office chatter is Stopa is toast. Todd Foster himself knows the case is dead on arrival. Legal insiders say he may not want to tarnish his stellar legal record taking a loss for a loser like Stopa.

But the delusional fantasy football gambling addict has also apparently gone ALL IN on his innocence. Sources say Foster will keep the dog and pony show going as long as Stopa and Federico keep writing checks.

Like St. Pete Catholic High School, Foster doesn’t seem to be bothered by the fact that Stopa is paying him with dirty money. Dirty money that came from one of the largest RICO scams in the State of Florida.

Family friends say Mark Stopa is mentally and physically preparing himself for prison.

Friends of Stopa’s wife say she confided in them that Stopa is crying like a baby to his psychiatrist. The psychiatrist is helping him come to terms about his pending incarceration in the Florida State prison system. As a pudgy white suburban punk, Stopa more than likely will not able to avoid being ass-raped at shower room Mandingo parties.

Word is Stopa just purchased a prison survival guide called “Don’t Drop the Soap.”

The book teaches baby faced, man-boys hacks and strategies to survive in prison.

Stopa recently revealed on twitter post, he is practicing intermittent fasting to help lose weight and reduce his gynecomastia man-boobs. He apparently doesn’t want to look like such a trans-man to horny prison bulls.

He is also looking into using his “international best selling author” skills to become a leading prison story writer.

Is Stopa About To Snap?

But those close to Stopa say he is having a massive mental breakdown with the thought of what is coming.

Kalogianis reportedly advised Stopa that being a bottom is really not that bad.
