Dennison fell victim of a tangled web of lies, deceit and fraud by Mark Stopa. But it’s just not Stopa scamming people. Stopa has an army of immoral proxy attorneys at the Segal & Schuh law firm helping him. The Segal & Shuh law firm appears to have shut down their law firm website because of all the haters.
It’s clear that Mark Stopa and his wife Adrienne Federico are the masterminds of the fraud.
In his great delusion, Stopa denies any wrongdoing. He then brazenly doubles down by motioning to disqualify the judge in the case. By disqualifying the judge, Stopa and his gang had an easier time stealing $200,000 from Christopher Dennison.

Stopa Was the Originator of The Foreclosure “Pay, Delay & Stay” Scam
Stopa was also one of the founding fathers of the fake foreclosure activist movement. An activist movement that duped a lot of unsuspecting homeowners in foreclosure to shell out big bucks to lawyers like Stopa.
Stopa was also the original gangster founder of the “pay, delay & stay” foreclosure defense model. He instructed clients to STOP paying their mortgage lenders and pay the Stopa Law Firm a monthly fee instead.
Thousands of Mark Stopa clients stopped paying their mortgage on his questionable advice and they paid his law firm like he told them.
Unfortunately, they saw their credit history ruined and financial lives destroyed because of Stopa’s bad advice.
Federal HUD fraud investigators are now contacting hundreds of Stopa’s former clients and confidants for questioning. Word on the street is investigators are offering immunity in exchange for testimony. They want the goods on Mark Stopa. The feds want to convict Stopa on federal charges.
Mark Stopa Scam Alert: Why Isn’t The 6th Judicial Circuit Court Doing Anything To Stop Stopa?
The 6th Judicial Circuit Court is apparently turning a blind eye to Stopa scamming victims like Mr. Dennison
Chief Judge Anthony Rondolino oversees the court. Whistleblowers have repeatedly warned Rondolino about Stopa’s foreclosure surplus scam.
Yet, Judge Rondolino has refused to take any action to stop it. Mr. Dennison is now at the mercy of the werewolves of Stopa and his band of corrupt attorneys including, Lee Segal and Jill Schuh.
Chris Dennison could have been you. He could have been your father, mother, sister or brother. Dennison represents every hard-working American patriot just trying to get ahead in life.
Dennison’s dreams of success in real estate are now shattered. What does he have to show for his efforts? An empty bank account emptied by career criminal Mark Stopa. Why do the authorities refuse to stop a disbarred and disgraced lawyer like Stopa?
In addition to Judge Rondolino, Florida AG Ashley Moody’s office was also notified about Stopa’s foreclosure surplus scam. FDLE has also been notified. If you haven’t heard, Mark Stopa is a deranged mentally ill sociopath. The Florida Bar disbarred Stopa in 2019. Stopa is still furious about it.
However, he left the Florida Supreme Court with no choice. They caught Stopa ripping off hundreds of his own clients.
Stopa is now on a redneck rampage of revenge. He is using the court system to steal millions of dollars from unsuspecting auction bidders.
He has filed dozens of frivolous and illegal SLAPP lawsuits to silence his critics who dare to warn the public about his crimes.
Stopa is doing this to keep his crime boss wife Adrienne Federico happy.
Apparently, his little winky ain’t moving the Federico Italian love machine needle. So he has to do something else to keep her happy.
Stopa And His Attorneys Have stolen Over $2 Million
In the past several months, Stopa and his cabal of corrupt attorneys have filed dozens of fraudulent foreclosure cases across Florida.
To date, Stopa has stolen over $2 Million in bogus foreclosure surplus money from just 21 fraudulent cases. All the cases were handled by the attorneys at Segal & Schuh law firm.
Why is it that a similar Broward County foreclosure surplus scam was immediately shut down by the sheriff’s department?
Yet, the Stopa crime family continues to operate with impunity in the 6th Circuit?
In the Broward case, the attorneys involved in it were locked up in prison after being caught stealing $750,000.
Meanwhile, Mark Stopa and his pals at Segal & Schuh have stolen over $2 Million. Stopa and his pals have filed 21 bogus cases in just the last few months alone.
Mark Stopa Scam Alert: Stopa Practicing Law Without A License
Stopa told the American Bar Journal he no longer wished to practice law when he was disbarred in 2019.
Yet, Stopa has continued to play lawyer working in the office of Segal & Schuh. They better be careful. Stopa could take them down with him.
They allow him to file frivolous and illegal SLAPP lawsuits as a pro-se litigant against his critics in an attempt to silence them.
A well known mortgage blogger who questioned Stopa’s integrity is Stopa’s latest victim. Stopa is using the courts to harass him with a frivolous lawsuit.

Mark Stopa Scam Alert: Stopa Has Apparently Violated His Disbarment Order
On October 25, 2022, Stopa reactivated the website for his old law firm, StayInMyHome.com. The website gives the reader the impression that Stopa is a licensed lawyer. I guess he lied when he said he no longer wanted to practice law.
On his personal LinkedIn page, Stopa-Federico still lists his old law firm links which are still active and collecting client leads for Segal & Schuh. In addition, Stopa-Federico’s law firm Twitter account and YouTube channel are still active. As a result, Stopa-Federico is promoting himself as a licensed attorney.
Numerous complaints have been filed with the Florida Bar about Stopa. The complaints allege he is engaging in the unlicensed practice of law. Yet, the Florida Bar does nothing.
Mark Stopa Scam Alert: Stopa’s Mental Health Has Rapidly Deteriorated Since His Disbarment
It is really sad how far Mark Stopa has declined in recent years. Stopa began developing severe mental illness prior to his fight with the Florida Bar in 2018. Stopa’s mental health has deteriorated rapidly since then.
Stopa has become unhinged from reality. As a result, this makes him a danger to the public.
Doctors need to medicate Stopa immediately or lock him up under the Baker Act. He is so mentally ill, he is completely oblivious to the criminal investigation that is looking into his Dossier 2.0 foreclosure scam and boldly proclaims the FDLE and Federal authorities have “nothing” on him.
Sources say his most recent scam where he is ripping off foreclosure auction bidders is even more egregious than the crimes detailed in Dossier 1.0. Dossier 1.0 is what led to Stopa being disbarred in 2019. If convicted, he now faces upwards of 37 years in prison even with the best plea deal.
It seems Mark Stopa is destined to wind up in prison where the HUNTER ironically will become the HUNTED. It is also only a matter of time before Stopa is invited to cell block mandingo parties.
Mark Stopa Thinks He’s Untouchable
Despite all of the evidence against him, a delusional Stopa continues to deny any wrongdoing and claims he’s untouchable. Why does Stopa think he’s “untouchable”?
Stopa openly brags to people about being golfing buddies of the 6th Circuit Chief Judge Anthony Rondolino. If this is true or not is anyone’s guess.
Could this be why Stopa-Federico insists on filing all of his frivolous pro-se lawsuits in Pinellas County?
Does Mark Stopa have some type of blackmail dirt on the judges in the 6th Circuit? Do the Judges of the 6th Circuit have a sympathetic bias towards Stopa or are they afraid of something? Are they using their position of judicial power to help protect him in order to protect themselves?

I hired Mark Stopa. The fee was very minimal and I was told to pursue my own modification as he felt banks were not modifying loans as they should be and he was right!! He fought to have my case dismissed but no modification before or after just nonsense letters from the bank time after time after time. I thought he did exactly what he told me he would try to do while I worked at my own mod. I think the judges got mad because he found ways to make the banks responsible for handling foreclosure cases properly thus getting cases dismissed and charging minimal fees for it as I mentioned before.
That’s odd that you would keep defending Stopa when he did nothing on your case but kick the can down the road. According to your court file, he never got your case dismissed. It was another attorney who got then to dismiss it without prejudice and the bank refiled. The lender even filed a motion to postpone your September 19, 2022 trial so they can have enough time to process the loan modification application you submitted. Unfortunately, you refused to negotiate to work with them and now you will be homeless this summer. Why? Because you drank Mark Stopa’s Kool-Aid filled with horse shit.
